The ordinary residential houses' selling price in advance has hit 7825 Yuan every square meter in the third quarter in Beijing, among which 12169 Yuan per square meter in the city's central four districts, 9049 Yuan in the central eight districts and 5318 Yuan in suburb districts.

The housing price features west hither and east lower with average price of 14000 Yuan in two west areas around outskirts of Xi Zhimen, Fu Chengmen and Fu Xingmen.
