Yanzhou Coal Mining (SHA:600188, HKG:1171) (YCM) announced that the resolution in respect of the financial services agreement entered into by YCM and Yankuang Group Finance Co., Ltd., a connected person of YCM and the annual caps, was not passed at its annual general meeting held on 22 June 2012.

YCM will distribute a final dividend of RMB0.57 per share (tax inclusive) for the year ended 31 December 2011 to all of the shareholders. After relevant conversion, the amount of dividends which will be payable to the holders of H shares of YCM is HK$0.70 per H share of YCM (tax inclusive).
