China ZhengTong Auto Services Holdings (HKG:1728) (ZhengTong Auto) announced that, on 31 May 2012, Wuhan Shengze Jietong Logistics Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZhengTong Auto) and China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Wuhan Branch (CEB) as lender entered into a comprehensive credit facility agreement pursuant to which CEB has granted a line of credit with a total amount of RMB2.8 billion in various forms of credit facilities to ZhengTong Auto.

As at 31 May 2012, the total amount of credit facilities granted by various banks in the PRC that are available for drawing (net of amounts drawn down) by the PRC subsidiaries of ZhengTong Auto totalled RMB5 billion.
