Dah Chong Hong Holdings (HKG:1828) announced that, having served the group for 45 years, Mak Kwing-tim would like to gradually reduce some of his workload and spend more time with his family and has tendered his retirement as executive director of the company with effect from 15 May 2012.

Mak joined Dah Chong Hong, Limited (Dah Chong Hong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dah Chong Hong Holdings) in February 1967 and was appointed as a director of Dah Chong Hong in July 1993. He became an executive director of Dah Chong Hong Holdings since July 2007 and is the executive-in-charge of a number of distributorship business of renowned motor brands such as Audi, Bentley and Honda in Hong Kong, as well as managing the distributorship business of Bentley vehicles in the PRC.
