As the largest car dealer in Anhui province, Wuhu Yaxia Automobile Corporation mainly engages in the sales and maintenance of passenger vehicles, driver's training and insurance agency business. As of December 25 2011, Yaxia had 38 4S stores in total, wherein 31 were under operation and 7 were under construction. According to its development plan, during 2012 to 2013, Yaxia will newly add 20 to 30 4S stores, among which, 15 stores will be built in 2012.

Network expansion strategy of Yaxia focuses on acquisition in first and second-tier cities and combination of construction and acquisition in third and fourth-tier cities. Newly added 4S stores will still concentrate on joint venture brands in 2012, including Volkswagen, Buick and Audi etc. Besides, Yaxia is actively applying for dealer’s qualification for Mercedes Benz and BMW.
