Zhejiang Narada Power Source Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of chemical power supplies and new energy storage products. The Company provides high-capacity valve-regulated sealed storage batteries under the brand named Narada, which are applied in industries such as communication, electric power, railway, military equipment, solar energy, wind power and automobile motor systems, among others, as well as lithium ion batteries. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had five subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in manufacture and distribution of storage batteries, lithium ion batteries, solar cells, battery materials and accessories.
