Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the manufacture and distribution of chemical fertilizers. The Company鈥檚 major products include toluene diisocyanate (TDI), urea, synthetic ammonia and concentrated nitric acid, among others, which are applied in the manufacture of agricultural fertilizers and polyurethane. It distributes its products primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had one subsidiary, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of TDI products.
