Welling Holding Limited is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacturing, distributing and selling motors and electronic and electric components for electrical household appliances and trade raw materials in the People鈥檚 Republic of China and overseas. It has four segments: Micro Motors Business, Washing Motors Business, Raw Material Business and Others. Micro Motors Business involves the manufacture and distribution of motors for air-conditioner and refrigerator compressor. Washing Motors Business involves manufacture and distribution of motors for washing machine, dish washer and food processing. Raw Material Business involves trading of raw materials. Others include manufacture and distribution of transformers, resistors, shaded pole motors and electric bicycle motors. On January 17, 2011, its subsidiary, Foshan Welling Washer Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., acquired Wuxi Little Swan Huayin Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.
