Its subsidiaries include Guo Hua Limited, Guo Hua Enterprises Group Limited, Dahai (H.K.) Company Limited, Haitian Europe S.p.A, Huayuan (Vietnam) Machinery Co., Ltd., Haitian Guohua (Dalian) Plastic Processing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Haitian Huayuan (Hong Kong) Limited.
