Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in research, development, manufacture and sale of micro electronic products. The Company鈥檚 main products are liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and liquid crystal modules (LCMs), which are applied in fields such as mobile phones, telephones, automotive products, household electric appliances and other information display terminals. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five major subsidiaries and four associates, which primarily involved in the research, development, manufacturing and distribution of LCDs.
